Western Blot - Anti-SLC7A5/LAT1 Antibody (A84654)

SLC7A5/LAT1 expression in Human Spleen lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-SLC7A5/LAT1 Antibody (A84654) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
