Western Blot - Anti-SNAP25 Antibody (A83291)

SNAP25 expression in Human Brain (Cerebellum) (A), Mouse Brain (B) and Rat Brain (C) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-SNAP25 Antibody (A83291) at 0.005µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
