Anti-STAM2 Antibody [CD01-1D7]

Mouse monoclonal [CD01-1D7] antibody to STAM2.

This antibody recognises signal transducing adaptor molecule 2, also known as Hrs-binding protein.STAM2 is a subunit of the ESCRT-0 complex and functions as a regulator of receptor signaling and trafficking. Studies have revealed that STAM2 is highly expressed in the brain and specifically localizes to the nucleus in neurons, suggesting that STAM2 might have a specific function in the nervous system. In gastric cancer, knockdown of STAM2 inhibits cell proliferation and cell migration through affecting the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway.
