STCH expression in Human Uterus lysate (A) + peptide (B), and Colon lysate (C) + peptide (D) analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-STCH Antibody (A85107) at 0.1µg/ml (A-B) or 0.3µg/ml (C-D) and detected by chemiluminescence.
