Anti-T Lymphocytes Antibody [MsGp7]

Mouse monoclonal [MsGp7] antibody to T Lymphocytes.

This antibody recognises approximately 70% of thymocytes by FACS analysis and immunohistochemically the medullary thymocytes strongly express this antigen.

Flow Cytometry: 1:50 - 1:200, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10⁶ cells in 100µl.

Mouse anti Guinea Pig T Lymphocytes, clone MsGp7, is pan reactive with guinea pig T lymphocytes (>95%) in lymph nodes, and does not react with B lymphocytes. It reacts with approximately 70% of thymocytes by FACS analysis and immunohistochemically the medullary thymocytes strongly express this antigen (Healey et al. 1988).
