Western Blot - Anti-Tankyrase 2 Antibody (A85269)

Tankyrase 2 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analzyed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress TANK1 (Lane 2) and TANK2 (Lane 4) and incubated with Anti-Tankyrase 2 Antibody (A85269) at 0.5µg/ml overnight at 4°C and detected by chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-Tankyrase 2 Antibody (A85269) (Lane 1) and empty (Lane 3). Note lower panel shows protein levels of HEK293 cell lysates incubated for alpha-Actin.
