This antibody recognises transcription factor 7.TCF7 is a transcription factor involved in the regulation of the expression of several genes located in the cells of the liver. TCF7 has been shown to promote proliferation in glioblastoma multiforme cells through upregulation of c-Myc and acts as an unfavorable prognostic marker of glioblastoma multiforme.
