Anti-TCR gamma/delta Antibody [V65] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [V65] antibody to TCR gamma/delta (PE).

This antibody recognises a constant determinant of the rat gamma/delta T cell receptor. Mouse anti Rat TCR Gamma/Delta antibody, clone V65 stains all rat gamma/delta T cells, and also identifies as gamma/delta T cells a population of dendritic epidermal T lymphocytes. Mouse anti Rat TCR Gamma/Delta antibody, clone V65 may be used to stimulate the proliferation of gamma/delta T cells in the presence of either IL-2 or IL-4.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl
