Anti-TGE Antibody (A329885)

TGE expression in lysates from wild type (WT) and 293T cells transfected with TGM3 analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-TGE Antibody (A329885) at a dilution of 1:2000 and detected with chemiluminescence.

TGE expression in Human skin cells analyzed by immunofluorescence. Antigen retrieval was achieved with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, under high pressure. Staining was performed with Anti-TGE Antibody (A329885) at a dilution of 1:200 followed by Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
