Name
Anti-TNFSF18 / GITRL Antibody - BSA and Azide free
Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TNFSF18 / GITRL.
Specificity
This antibody recognises Glucocorticoid-Induced TNF-Related Ligand (GITRL) also known as activation-inducible TNR-related ligand and TNFSF18. GITRL is expressed in many components of the innate and adaptive immune system, but is mainly expressed on antigen presenting cells. GITRL is a ligand of the receptor GITR, upon binding of its ligand, GITR is activated and plays a role in autoimmune/inflammatory processes and regulates leukocyte extravasation (Krausz et al. 2007, Nocentini et al. 2007).
