Western Blot - Anti-TRIM5 Antibody (A83434)

TRIM5 expression in Human Thymus lysate with (B) and without (A) immunizing peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-TRIM5 Antibody (A83434) at 1.0µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.

TRIM5 expression in Human Colon analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by heating in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-TRIM5 Antibody (A83434) at 3µg/ml and revealed with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
