Western Blot - Anti-Urocortin 3 Antibody (A84462)

Urocortin 3 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG tagged Urocortin 3 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-Urocortin 3 Antibody (A84462) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-FLAG at 1:3000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-Urocortin 3 Antibody (A84462) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
