Western Blot - Anti-ZDHHC8 Antibody (A83216)

ZDHHC8 expression in Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-ZDHHC8 Antibody (A83216) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
