Western Blot - Anti-ZIC2 Antibody (A83484)

ZIC2 expression in RWPE1 cell lysate analzyed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MYC-tagged ZIC2 and lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary antibody incubation was performed overnight at 4°C on 60µg protein per lane with Anti-ZIC2 Antibody (A83484) at 0.5µg/ml (Right) panel or Anti-MYC at 1:1000 and Anti-beta-Actin(Left), and detected by chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected RWPE1 cells incubated with Anti-ZIC2 Antibody (A83484) (Lane 1) and expressing GFP (Lane 2).
