Western Blot - Anti-ZNRF1 Antibody (A82537)

ZNRF1 expression in N2a cell lysate and Mouse Brain lysates (Embryo E14 and adult cerebellum) analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress ZNRF1 and incubated with Anti-ZNRF1 Antibody (A82537) at 1µg/ml and detcted by chemiluminescence.

Immunohistochemistry - Anti-ZNRF1 Antibody (A82537)

ZNRF1 expression in Mouse Cerebral Cortex analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by microwaving in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-ZNRF1 Antibody (A82537) at 10µg/ml and revealed with a biotinylated Anti-goat secondary antibody and streptavidin-conjugated Alexa 488. Note the Neurofilament M was labeled by Millipore at a dilution of 1:100.
