Sandwich ELISA analysis of albumin binding using Anti-Albumin Antibody [BGN/1328/33 (UA33)] (A279826) as a capture reagent and Anti-Human Serum Albumin Antibody (A283220) as a detection reagent with Native Human Albumin Protein (A320432) as antigen. Detection is by HRP conjugated Streptavidin and substrate. Microtitre plate is read at O.D. 450 nm on the Microplate Absorbance Reader. Plasma sample is displayed at 30000 (Green) and 60000 (Red) fold dilutions.
