Store undiluted at -20°C only, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

Sandwich ELISA analysis of human IgA binding using Anti-Human IgA Heavy Chain Antibody [Mc24-2E11] (A281069) as a capture reagent and Biotinylated Anti-Human IgA Antibody [15D6] (A279032) as a detection reagent with Native Human Secretory IgA Protein (A320429) as antigen. Subsequent detection is by HRP conjugated streptavidin and substrate. Microtitre plate is read at O.D. 450 nm on the Microplate Absorbance Reader. Serum sample is displayed at 25000 (Blue) and 50000 (Red) fold dilutions.
