Recombinant Human BMP4 Protein (A350283)

SDS-PAGE analysis of recombinant human BMP4 (aa 293–408). Lane 1: molecular weight marker (NEB P7719). Lane 2: BMP4 (2 µg). Lane 3: BMP4 (4 µg). A prominent band is observed at approximately 25 kDa, consistent with the glycosylated form of BMP4, despite a predicted molecular weight of ~13 kDa. Samples were resolved on a 4–20% TGX gel (Bio-Rad) at 175 V for 45 minutes under reducing conditions. Gel samples were prepared using Laemmli buffer (6×) and denatured prior to loading.
