Lyophilized from 50 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4, with 75 mM Sodium Chloride.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with deionized water to 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it on cell culture.
Storage
Shipped at ambient temperature. Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted aliquots: Short term (2 weeks) store at 4°C. Long term store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
