Immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells (8×10^4 cells/well) when added to LGALS9 coated plates (5 µg/mL and 100 µL/well) in the presence of 10µg/ml PHA: approximately 70-80% cells will adhere specifically after 60 minutes (37°C).
