Sandwich ELISA analysis of human IL-11 using Anti-IL-11 Antibody [D08-4C12] (A280203) as a capture reagent and Anti-IL-11 Antibody [C16-4B8] (Biotin) (A279948) as a detection reagent with Recombinant Human IL-11 Protein (A320484) as the antigen. Detection was performed using HRP conjugated streptavidin and substrate.
