Sandwich ELISA analysis of human interleukin-7 using Anti-IL-7 Antibody [BVD10-40F6] (A319977) as a capture reagent and biotinylated Rat anti Human IL-7 antibody as a detection reagent with Recombinant Human IL-7 Protein (A320409) as antigen. Detection is by HRP conjugated streptavidin and substrate. Microtitre plate is read at O.D. 450 nm on a Microplate Absorbance Reader. A human serum sample is indicated (green).
