Sandwich ELISA analysis of human MCP-1 using Anti-MCP1 Antibody [2.2-4H5-1A11] - BSA and Azide free (A279120) as a capture reagent and Anti-MCP1 Antibody (Biotin) - BSA and Azide free (A282353) as a detection reagent with Recombinant Human MCP1 Protein (A320413) as antigen. Detection is by HRP conjugated streptavidin and substrate. Microtitre plate is read at O.D. 450 nm on the Microplate Absorbance Reader. Serum (green) and plasma (orange) samples are included undiluted.
