Biological Activity

Immobilized Human CD7 Protein (1 µg/mL) bind SECTM1 in a functional ELISA with a linear range of 0.039-1.575 ng/mL. Immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells (8×104 cells/well) are added to SECTM1 coated plates (5 µg/mL and 100 µL/well) in the presence of 10µg/ml PHA: approximately 40-50% cells will adhere specifically after 60 minutes (37°C).
