ELISA plates were pre-coated with 0.5 µg/per well Synthetic Exosome Human CD24 Protein (A318492). Serial diluted Anti-CD24 Monoclonal Antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 is 69.61 µg/ml.
