Introduction
Chickens were immunized with purified Beaver IgG isolated from pooled normal Eurasian beaver (Castor fiber) serum. Eggs were collected and an IgY fraction was prepared. The resulting IgY was immunoaffinity purifed from an IgG-containing solid phase immunoabsorbant.
