Introduction
Chickens were immunized with highly purified sheep IgG isolated from normal pooled sheep serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbent and conjugated to Biotin.
