SDS-PAGE - Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Fc Antibody (HRP) (A282586)
A Mouse monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 isotype was run under reducing conditions on SDS PAGE and transferred to a PVDF membrane. Precision Plus Protein Prestained Standards were run in lane 1.1 µ and 0.25 µ of antibody was run in lanes 2, 4 and 6 and lanes 3, 5 and 7 respectively. Protein detection was carried out on lanes 2 and 3 using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) (A282606) at a dilution of 1/10,000. Detection was carried out on lanes 4 and 5 using Anti-Mouse Kappa Light Chain Antibody [OX-20] (HRP) (A281413) at a dilution of 1/1,000. Detection was carried out on lanes 6 and 7 using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Fc Antibody (HRP) (A282586) at a dilution of 1/5,000. Visualization was carried out using the Chemidoc Touch Imaging System.
