Supplied in 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.1, with 0.1 M Sodium Chloride, 1 mM Magnesium Chloride, 0.1 mM Zinc Chloride, 0.2% BSA, and 0.09% Sodium Azide.
Storage
Store in the dark at 4°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze!
General Notes
Antiserum was solid phase adsorbed to ensure subclass specificity, and subsequently cross-adsorbed using human and rat immunosorbents to remove cross reactive antibodies.
