This antibody recognises the Fc portion of rabbit IgG. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, rabbit IgG, rabbit IgG Fc and rabbit serum. No reaction was observed against rabbit IgG F(ab')2.
Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline with 0.01% Gentamicin Sulphate and 10 mg/ml BSA.
Storage
Shipped at ambient temperature. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Short term (up to 4 weeks): store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended.
