Introduction
Chickens were immunized with purified mouse IgG. Antibodies were isolated from immune eggs, affinity purified on a mouse IgG column and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads. Beads were washed extensively after the blocking of the residual NHS sites.
