Purification
The antibody was obtained by affinity purified technique, which removes essentially all goat serum proteins, except the specific antibody for rabbit IgG. Goat anti-rabbit IgG was conjugated to peroxidase by means of a method described by Wilson MB and Nakane PK.

HRP-labeled Goat IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 50% glycerol.
