Anti-CD101 Antibody [BB27] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [BB27] antibody to CD101 (PE).

This antibody recognizes CD101, a 140 kDa disulfide-bonded homodimeric protein expressed on activated T cells, and some ther cell types, such as granulocytes and cells of the monocyte/macropgage lineage.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
