Anti-CD243 Antibody [UIC2] (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Mouse monoclonal [UIC2] antibody to CD243 (Alexa Fluor® 647).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope on CD243, an approximately 170 kDa ABC transporter expressed on hematopoietic stem cells, B, T, and NK cells, or on many multi-drug resistant cancer cells. This antibody preferentially recognizes CD243 in the process of transporting substrate.

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4µl reagent / 100µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.
