Anti-CD45 Antibody [2D1] (Alexa Fluor® 700)

Mouse monoclonal [2D1] antibody to CD45 (Alexa Fluor® 700).

This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of all alternative forms of human CD45 antigen, a 180-220 kDa single chain type I transmembrane protein expressed at high levels on all cells of hematopoietic origin, except from erythrocytes and platelets.

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4µl reagent / 100µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.
