Mouse monoclonal [MEM-122] antibody to CD47 (Pacific Blue).
Specificity
This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD47, a 50-55 kDa membrane adhesion molecule (thrombospondin receptor, of the immunoglobulin supergene family), expressed on leukocytes, platelets, and erythrocytes. It is also expressed on epithelial cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and many tumor cell lines.
