Specificity
This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD7, a 40 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on peripheral blood T lymphocytes, NK-cells, hematopoietic progenitors, monocytes (weakly), and also on acute lymphocytic leukemia.
