Anti-CD73 Antibody [AD2] (Alexa Fluor® 647)

Mouse monoclonal [AD2] antibody to CD73 (Alexa Fluor® 647).

This antibody recognizes CD73, a 70 kDa GPI-anchored 5´-nucleotidase expressed predominantly on the surface of T and B cell subsets, follicular dendritic cells, and endothelial cells.

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4µl reagent / 100µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.
