Anti-CD79b Antibody [CB3-1] (PerCP-Cyanine 5.5)

Mouse monoclonal [CB3-1] antibody to CD79b (PerCP-Cyanine 5.5).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD79b (CD79 beta, Ig beta), an approximately 38 kDa component of B cell receptor (BCR) complex.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
