Annexin Fluorescent Dye 405 Labelled Apoptosis Detection Kit contains Annexin V labeled with a proprietary blue fluorescent dye, which allows the identification and quantitation of apoptotic cells by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy. Simultaneous staining of cells with Annexin Fluorescent-405 and propidium iodide (PI) allows the discrimination of intact cells, early apoptotic and late apoptotic or necrotic cells. Provides the same or better fluorescence and photostability as Alexa Fluor® 405, Cascade Blue® dye, and DyLight™ 405.
