DusQ2 is a black quencher dye for the synthesis of dual labeled oligonucleotide probes for qPCR bearing 5'-quencher. This quencher is ideal for HEX, JOE, ROX, Cyanine 5 and other dyes with the emission in orange and red part of the spectrum. The primary phosphoramidite group couples with hydroxyls efficiently in oligonucleotide synthesis.
