EdU Cell Proliferation Image Kit (Green Fluorescence)

This kit detects proliferating cells by labeling newly synthesized DNA with EdU and visualizing them using green fluorescence imaging.

EdU is incorporated into newly synthesized DNA during active DNA replication. Detection is achieved through a copper-catalyzed click reaction between the EdU alkyne group and a fluorescent azide, enabling visualization of proliferating cells without DNA denaturation.
