EdU Cell Proliferation Image Kit (Orange Fluorescence)

This kit enables detection of proliferating cells by EdU incorporation and visualization using an orange fluorescent signal.

EdU is incorporated into DNA during cell proliferation and detected by a click chemistry reaction with an orange fluorescent azide probe. This allows rapid visualization of newly synthesized DNA without antibody-based detection.
