Introduction
Chickens were immunized with purified Eurasian Beaver (Castor fiber) IgG isolated from pooled normal beaver serum. Eggs were collected and an IgY fraction was prepared. The resulting IgY was immunoaffinity purifed from an IgG-containing solid phase immunoabsorbant and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
