Introduction
Chickens were immunized with highly purified goat IgG isolated from normal pooled goat serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbent, absorbed against Human, Mouse and Rabbit IgG and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
