This ELISA kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal antibodies specific for native human Apolipoprotein B100 in its form as VLDL/LDL associated protein. Purified delipified Apolipoprotein B is poorly recognized. The antibodies do not recognize Apolipoprotein B48. The antibodies cross-react with Apolipoprotein B from non-human primates.
