Principle of Assay
Human Enteric Cytopathic Human Orphan Virus IgG ELISA Kit (A247218) employs an enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative detection of human Enteric Cytopathic Human Orphan Virus IgG in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 96-well microtiter plate is coated with capture antibodies or antigens specific for Enteric Cytopathic Human Orphan Virus IgG. Samples are added and incubated, followed by washing and addition of enzyme-conjugated detection molecules. TMB substrate is added to produce a blue-coloured product that turns yellow after acidic stop solution. The presence or absence of yellow color indicates the presence or absence of Enteric Cytopathic Human Orphan Virus IgG in the sample.
