Human Hepatitis C Virus IgM ELISA Kit (A302956) employs an enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative detection of human Hepatitis C Virus IgM in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 96-well microtiter plate is coated with capture antibodies or antigens specific for Hepatitis C Virus IgM. Samples are added and incubated, followed by washing and addition of enzyme-conjugated detection molecules. TMB substrate is added to produce a blue-coloured product that turns yellow after acidic stop solution. The presence or absence of yellow color indicates the presence or absence of Hepatitis C Virus IgM in the sample.
