Iodo-PEG3-Acid

A molecule containing carboxylic acid (COOH) group, and alkyl iodide functional group. Alkyl iodides are powerful alkylators. They react with a variety of nucleophiles, very active against thiol groups, amines, alcoholates and phenolates. This molecule allows you to perform a variety of conjugations via a flexible and hydrophilic PEG3 linker.
