Western Blot - Anti-Klk6/Neurosin Antibody (A84667)

Klk6/Neurosin expression in Mouse Liver lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-Klk6/Neurosin Antibody (A84667) at using 2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
